1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), booking details (venue, service, time, phone number for confirmations), and — for business accounts — the client, sales and inventory records the venue creates while running its business on Dazlure.
2. How we use it
To operate bookings and reminders, to run venue dashboards, to power AI features (concierge answers, briefings, insights, campaign drafts), and to keep the platform safe. We do not sell personal data.
3. Who sees what
Venues see the booking details you submit to them and the history of your visits to that venue only. Other venues cannot see your data. Business records belong to the venue that created them.
4. AI processing
When AI features are enabled, relevant snippets (e.g. review text or aggregated sales figures) are processed by our AI provider to generate summaries and suggestions. We send the minimum needed and never send passwords or payment credentials.
5. Marketing messages
Venues may send you campaigns only through the platform's tools, which include an opt-out in every message. Reply STOP (or use the unsubscribe link) and delivery to you stops immediately.
6. Retention & your rights
You may export or delete your account data at any time by contacting privacy@dazlure.lk (demo address). We retain booking records as required for venue accounting, then anonymise them.
7. Security
Passwords are stored hashed (scrypt), sessions are httpOnly cookies, and business data is isolated per tenant.
