1. What Dazlure is

Dazlure is a marketplace that connects clients with beauty and wellness venues in Sri Lanka, and provides those venues with business software (bookings, calendar, point of sale, marketing and reporting). Dazlure is not a party to the service you receive at a venue — the contract for the appointment is between you and the venue.

2. Bookings & cancellations

Bookings made on Dazlure are free for clients; you pay the venue directly at your appointment. You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the appointment time. Venues may record repeated no-shows against a client profile.

3. Business accounts

Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, services, pricing and availability, and for honouring bookings made through the platform. Subscription plans are billed monthly in LKR and can be changed at any time from Settings.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no false bookings, no scraping, no attempts to access other businesses' data, and no unlawful marketing. Campaign messages sent through Dazlure must include the opt-out notice we attach by default.

5. AI features

The concierge, briefings, insights and campaign drafts are generated with AI and can be imperfect. Verify prices, times and claims before relying on them. AI output does not constitute professional advice.

6. Liability

Dazlure provides the platform “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we are not liable for the quality of venue services or for indirect losses arising from platform use.
